One entry per person. Must be 18 or older. The winner will be chosen at random and notified by email on November 1, 2025. No investment or purchase necessary.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of September 23, 2025, except for employees of Cloudastructure, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (“Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. This giveaway shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law, and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have residency in the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these rules at the time of entry. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico, USA territories, where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating, entrants  agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Potential winner will be notified by email, mail or phone and must sign and return any required documentation, including tax forms, within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.
Approximate retail value: $1099 USD. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE USA ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
If for any reason the operation or administration of this giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus, bugs, (ii) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or Sponsor’s Website; or acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, including by submitting multiple entries through automated means, third-party services or organizations, the use of multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, or any other methods intended to circumvent the entry process or the fairness of the giveaway.
Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate at it determines in its sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

These rules contain full and complete understanding with respect to the giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Sponsor. The waiver by Sponsor of any provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrant, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of Sponsor and Entrant.
